102 Engine Tensioner Pulley

The tensioner pulley for 102 engines is made of fatigue-resistant steel alloy with a corrosion-resistant coating. The main shaft diameter ranges from 15 to 25 millimeters, and the lever arm length is designed between 80 and 120 millimeters. The internal bearing supports radial loads up to 5000 N and operates at temperatures up to 150°C. The helical spring system, with stiffness of 150 to 200 N/mm, provides automatic belt tension adjustment up to 30 millimeters. The roller contact surface with the belt is CNC-finished to a precision of 0.01 millimeters, ensuring uniform wear and noise reduction.

The tensioner mechanism includes a lever arm, rotating shaft, and roller coated with heat-resistant polymer. Lever installation angle ranges from 25 to 35 degrees, with a shaft-to-roller center distance of 70 to 90 millimeters. Lubrication is performed with high-temperature grease tolerating up to 180°C. The roller withstands dynamic loads up to 4000 N, and spring oscillation frequency reaches 25 Hz, ensuring stable performance. Optimized design reduces vibration and extends the service life of the belt and associated components.
