The Vogiran flanged Y-type strainer is manufactured with a ductile iron GGG40 or carbon steel body, rated for a nominal pressure of PN16. It is designed to remove suspended solids, sediments, and impurities from process fluids in industrial pipelines. The internal mesh screen is made of stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 with a filtration accuracy of 500–800 microns, ensuring durability against wear and corrosion. The working temperature range is 0°C to 200°C, and the flanges are manufactured according to EN1092-2 standards. The bottom cover is bolted for easy access, allowing quick cleaning or replacement of the filter screen. Its Y-pattern design enhances flow efficiency and minimizes pressure drop across the valve.
