The Mahab pressure reducing valve is made of industrial bronze or ductile iron GGG40 with electrostatic epoxy coating, ensuring resistance to corrosion and high pressure. It is available in nominal diameters from 50 to 400 millimeters and can handle inlet pressures up to 25 bar. The adjustable outlet pressure range is between 1 and 16 bar. The diaphragm is manufactured from reinforced NBR or EPDM rubber with heat resistance up to 80°C. The internal design ensures that inlet pressure variations do not affect outlet pressure, providing stable and precise operation.
The Mahab pressure reducing valve operates automatically without the need for external energy. Its internal hydraulic control system with a precision pilot valve provides rapid response to pressure changes. Performance testing is conducted at 1.5 times the nominal pressure, with allowable leakage less than 0.1% of rated flow. It is suitable for municipal water systems, fire protection networks, and process industries. The 150 mm model weighs approximately 42 kg, and its direct flow design minimizes pressure loss while maximizing system efficiency.
