The internal disc is made of stainless steel 304 with EPDM or NBR rubber sealing to ensure zero leakage performance. The wafer connection conforms to EN 1092-2 standard and fits between PN10 and PN16 flanges. The valve operates at temperatures up to 120°C, with a 90-degree shaft rotation enabling precise flow regulation.
