The Mahab wafer type three-way valve is made of ductile iron GGG40 with electrostatic epoxy coating, designed to control and distribute flow in three directions. It is available in nominal diameters from 80 to 400 millimeters, with a working pressure of up to 16 bar. The internal disc is made of stainless steel 304 with EPDM or NBR rubber sealing to ensure zero leakage performance. The wafer connection conforms to EN 1092-2 standard and fits between PN10 and PN16 flanges. The valve operates at temperatures up to 120°C, with a 90-degree shaft rotation enabling precise flow regulation.
The Mahab wafer type three-way valve can be operated manually, through a gearbox, or with electric and pneumatic actuators. Component manufacturing tolerance is ±0.2 mm, and hydrostatic testing is performed at 1.5 times the nominal pressure. The streamlined body design minimizes pressure loss and ensures high efficiency in fluid distribution systems. The 200 mm model weighs approximately 38 kg. The central shaft, made of stainless steel with tensile strength above 700 MPa, offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. This valve is widely used in water, oil, petrochemical, and HVAC applications.
