The Poliran polyethylene pipe is manufactured from high-density polyethylene grades PE100 and PE80 with a density ranging from 0.950 to 0.955 g/cm³. These pipes are designed for various working pressures between 4 and 25 bar and operate reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 40°C. The tensile strength of the material is approximately 25 MPa, and the linear expansion coefficient is 0.18 mm/m per °C. The uniform structure and smooth inner surface reduce pressure losses and enhance fluid transmission efficiency. Poliran polyethylene pipes are widely used in water supply networks, sewage systems, and pressurized irrigation applications.
The inner surface of these pipes is extremely smooth, with a roughness coefficient of approximately 0.007, minimizing frictional flow loss. They are produced in diameters from 16 to 400 mm and connected using butt-weld or electrofusion methods. Their excellent resistance to corrosion, crack formation, and UV radiation ensures a service life exceeding 50 years. The production of these pipes complies with ISIRI 14427 and ISO 4427 standards, guaranteeing quality, strength, and dimensional consistency under diverse operating conditions.
