The Poliran HDPE 6bar pipe is manufactured from high-density polyethylene grade PE100 with a density of approximately 0.955 g/cm³. It is designed for a working pressure of 6 bar and operates reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 40°C. The tensile strength of this pipe is about 25 MPa, and its linear expansion coefficient is 0.18 mm/m per °C. Due to its low specific weight and excellent flexibility, it is widely used in water transmission, sewage, and pressurized irrigation systems.
The internal surface of the Poliran HDPE pipe is extremely smooth with a roughness coefficient of approximately 0.007, minimizing flow pressure loss. The pipe connections are available in butt-welded or electrofusion types, and it can withstand impacts at temperatures as low as –20°C. This pipe is manufactured according to ISIRI 14427 and ISO 4427 standards, ensuring consistent quality and long-term durability under various working conditions.
