The Poliran LDPE pipe is manufactured from low-density polyethylene grade PE32 or PE40 with an approximate density of 0.922 g/cm³. This pipe offers excellent flexibility, light weight, and good resistance to cracking. Its operating temperature range is between 0 and 40°C, with a typical working pressure of 2.5 to 4 bar. The elastic modulus of the pipe is about 200–250 MPa, and its linear expansion coefficient is 0.20 mm/m per °C. Due to its soft and resilient structure, this product is widely used in drip irrigation and light agricultural systems.
The inner surface of the Poliran LDPE pipe is extremely smooth with a roughness coefficient of around 0.009, reducing hydraulic pressure loss. It is produced in diameters of 16, 20, and 25 mm and can be easily installed using compression or threaded fittings. Its strong resistance to UV radiation and agricultural chemicals extends its service life to more than 15 years. The manufacturing standards of this pipe comply with ISIRI 7607 and ISO 4427, ensuring consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
