The Poliran HDPE 10bar pipe is manufactured from high-density polyethylene grade PE100 with an approximate density of 0.955 g/cm³. It is designed to withstand a working pressure of 10 bar and operates efficiently in a temperature range of 0 to 40°C. Its tensile strength is around 26 MPa, and the elastic modulus is close to 1000 MPa. The pipe’s linear expansion coefficient is about 0.18 mm/m per °C, and it offers excellent resistance to UV radiation and chemical corrosion. These properties make it suitable for municipal water transmission, sewage, and pressurized irrigation systems.
The inner surface of the Poliran HDPE pipe is extremely smooth, with a roughness coefficient of approximately 0.007, minimizing pressure loss in flow. It is produced in diameters ranging from 20 to 400 mm and lengths of 6 or 12 meters. The connection method includes butt-welding or electrofusion joints, allowing the pipe to withstand impacts at temperatures down to –20°C. The Poliran HDPE 10bar pipe complies with ISO 4427 and ISIRI 14427 standards and offers a service life exceeding 50 years under normal operating conditions.
