complete Komatsu sticker
The complete Komatsu sticker is made of polyester film with a thickness of 100–150 microns and UV coating, heat resistant up to 120°C, ensuring durability in industrial and outdoor environments. Sticker dimensions follow Komatsu machinery specifications, ranging from 50×50 mm to 300×500 mm. The printing surface uses ink resistant to oil, gasoline, and industrial solvents to maintain readability and quality for up to 10 years.
The adhesive backing is acrylic pressure-sensitive type, with initial adhesion of 12 N/25 mm and final adhesion of 25 N/25 mm. Installation on painted or metal surfaces is done bubble-free. Testing includes 95% humidity, -20°C to 120°C temperature range, and impact up to 5 N/cm² to ensure stable performance in industrial conditions.
