King Long air compressor cylinder head
The King Long air compressor cylinder head is made of heat- and pressure-resistant aluminum alloy, capable of withstanding operational pressures up to 12 bar. The internal cylinder dimensions include a 95-millimeter diameter and 80-millimeter depth, displacing 570 cc of air per stroke. The intake and exhaust channels are angled at 45 degrees, optimizing airflow and minimizing pressure loss. The cylinder head weighs approximately 4.8 kilograms, with mechanical fatigue resistance above 250 MPa.
Internally, it features intake and exhaust valve seats with assembly precision under 0.01 millimeters and steel springs with 180 Newtons per millimeter stiffness. The gasket contact surfaces are mirror-finished to minimize air leakage. A channel-based cooling system reduces cumulative heat by 60 percent during continuous operation, while the modular design allows rapid replacement of worn components.
