The King Long air compressor cylinder head is made of high-heat-resistant aluminum alloy with a low thermal expansion coefficient. Wall thickness reaches 8 mm, supporting operational pressure up to 15 bar. Oil and cooling channels are optimized to maintain operating temperature between 80 and 95 degrees Celsius. Stainless steel bolts and fasteners compliant with ISO 898-1 ensure mechanical durability and vibration resistance.
The cylinder head design includes two intake and exhaust valves measuring 32 and 28 mm, controlling airflow with 92% efficiency. Piston contact surfaces are anodized to reduce friction to 0.12. The cylinder head weighs approximately 4.2 kg, with dynamic balance accuracy of 0.01 mm. Internal design keeps operational noise below 72 dB and extends service life to 10,000 working hours.
