unloader valve
Industrial valves are manufactured from ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel or A351 CF8M stainless steel bodies. They are designed for working pressures up to Class 1500 250 bar and temperatures of -540°C. Standard sizes range from 1/2 inch to 24 inches with flanged connections per ASME B16.5. The valve disc is coated with hard alloys like Stellite 6. This coating increases wear resistance up to fivefold. Hydrostatic shell tests are performed at 1.5 times the nominal pressure. The valve is equipped with a pneumatic actuator providing 300 to 10,000 Nm torque.
Valve designs include gate, globe, and check types with soft or metal seat sealing. Advanced valves use a graphite-packed STEM sealing system. Flow coefficient Cv ranges from 5 to 10,000 based on geometry and size. Control valves utilize cage trims with 0.15% positioning accuracy. Structural attachments are steel with a 250-micron epoxy coating. Valves feature integrated position and pressure sensors with 4-20 mA output. These valves serve in oil, gas, and petrochemical industries with a design life exceeding 100,000 cycles.
