The undercarriage of bulldozers and excavators is the primary support and mobility system, designed for operation in tough soil and rocky environments. It includes a high-strength steel frame, reinforced tracks or tires, steel gears, and bearing rollers. Undercarriage width and length vary from 2 to 4 meters and 3 to 6 meters depending on operational weight. Roller load capacity typically reaches up to 150 tons. Pins and joints are made of high-hardness alloy steel for wear and impact resistance.

For excavators, the undercarriage connects to the boom and chassis through hydraulic joints for smooth movement. The hydraulic system includes high-pressure cylinders, abrasion-resistant hoses, and precise flow control valves. Rails and tracks are easily replaceable with a lifespan exceeding 5,000 operating hours. This structure is optimized for earthmoving, road construction, and heavy industrial projects, ensuring device stability and operator safety.
