Tissue packing machine
The tissue paper packaging machine is an industrial system for weighing, counting, and automatically packaging soft paper products. Typical production capacity ranges from 50 to 300 packs per minute, with adjustable package sizes from 10 to 25 centimeters. The drive system uses a 2 to 4 kilowatt electric motor with inverter control for adjustable speed and accuracy. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, offering high resistance to moisture and dust. Heat sealing or hot glue systems ensure uniform and durable packaging.
Structurally, the machine includes a feeding conveyor, tissue counting and aligning unit, cutting blade, and heat sealing or hot glue system. Initial tissue rolls or packs with widths from 150 to 300 millimeters are supported. Optical sensors control package positioning, and the output conveyor of 1 to 3 meters ensures organized discharge.
