Heavy Duty Loader Tire Chain

The loader chain is a heavy duty traction device designed to improve grip and stability of loaders on slippery surfaces. It is mainly used on mining and construction loaders. The material is manganese alloy steel or heat treated carbon steel with high wear resistance. The nominal chain cross section diameter typically ranges from 10 to 22 millimeters. Material tensile strength often exceeds 900 megapascals. The chain design distributes pressure evenly across the tire surface. Chain weight is calculated based on tire size and machine capacity. It is engineered for extremely harsh operating conditions.

Structurally, the loader chain consists of reinforced links and anti slip traction elements. Link connections are manufactured using full penetration industrial welding. The chain pattern enhances traction on ice, mud, and rocky terrain. High resistance to impact and abrasion increases service life. It is suitable for dynamic loads and repeated shock conditions. Installation is performed circumferentially around the tire. The surface is usually phosphated or industrial anti corrosion coated. Each chain undergoes mechanical strength testing and quality inspection.
