Pressure testing hose

A high-pressure test hose is an industrial tool for transferring fluid under high pressure during hydraulic system testing and inspection. The hose is made of multi-layered braided textile and steel reinforcement, capable of operating between -20 to +100°C. Structurally, the hose includes an oil-resistant inner layer and a braided steel reinforcement layer to withstand pressure spikes and hydraulic shocks. The outer cover is PVC or polyurethane, resistant to abrasion and UV. Burst pressure is typically twice the working pressure. Hose weight varies between 0.5 and 12 kg depending on diameter and length. These hoses are optimized for hydraulic line testing, industrial machinery, and high-pressure equipment.
