The Farab metal seated swing check valve model CKM16 is designed to prevent reverse flow in water, steam, and industrial process pipelines. The body is made of ductile iron GGG40 with a nominal pressure rating of PN16, and the stainless steel disc features precision-machined sealing surfaces for tight shutoff. The hinge mechanism is stainless steel, supported by bronze bushings to minimize wear and ensure smooth movement. The metal seat is machined for optimal sealing. Flanged ends conform to EN 1092-2 standards, and dimensions follow DIN 3202. The valve operates up to 200°C temperature and 16 bar pressure and is suitable for horizontal installations.
The Farab CKM16 swing check valve utilizes a simple hinge design with low resistance to flow, minimizing pressure loss during operation.
