Stud Bolt and Nut
Stud bolts are high-strength double-ended fasteners commonly used for flange connections, industrial equipment, and high-pressure pipelines. Made from carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel with surface hardness of 300–400 HB and tensile strength of 700–1200 MPa. Bolt diameters range from M12 to M64, with standard lengths from 50 to 400 mm. Threads are precision-made according to ISO, DIN, or ANSI standards for high torque and tensile load capacity. Galvanized, chrome, or epoxy coatings enhance corrosion and wear resistance in industrial and chemical environments.
Nuts are used with flat or spring washers to reduce vibration and loosening. Suitable for high-pressure pipelines, flanges, pumps, and heavy industrial equipment. Precise mechanical design and high hardness increase connection durability, structural safety, and reduce maintenance costs. Installation and replacement are quick and standardized, ensuring stable performance of industrial systems.
