Portable Compressors
Portable air compressors are typically oil-lubricated or oil-free piston types with gasoline or diesel engines. Engine power ranges from 5 to 50 horsepower with a maximum working pressure of 15 bar. The steel storage tank capacity is designed between 50 and 500 liters. Free Air Delivery FAD of these models reaches from 100 to 2000 liters per minute. Engine speed is often fixed between 2000 and 3600 RPM. The main casing is made of steel sheet with anti-corrosion epoxy coating. This coating extends the units lifespan in outdoor environments.
The compressor frame is equipped with large rubber wheels and a tow handle. The generated noise level at 7 meters distance is typically controlled below 85 dB. A direct air-cooling system maintains stable operating temperatures. It features an automatic pressure controller with ±0.3 bar accuracy for start/stop cycles. It can simultaneously supply air to multiple pneumatic tools. This capability is essential for construction sites and repair workshops. A two-stage inlet air filter prevents particle entry into the cylinder. This filter optimizes the performance of internal components.
