Manual Plastic Container Sealing Machine
This manual sealer features a die-cast aluminum body with scratch-resistant coating and a ceramic heating plate. The ceramic heating element operates at 300 watts with adjustable temperature from 50 to 250°C. The heating plate diameter is 150 mm, designed for manual pressure application of 20–50 newtons. Sealing time typically ranges from 2 to 6 seconds, controlled by a mechanical timer 0.5–10 seconds. It can seal plastic lids made of PE, PP, and PET with thicknesses of 0.02 to 0.1 mm. Temperature is precisely regulated by a digital thermostat with ±3°C accuracy and a two-digit LCD display.
The system utilizes a non-slip silicone-padded base and a manual pressure lever with a 1:5 leverage ratio. The free space between the heating plate and base is adjustable up to 80 mm for various container heights. Overall dimensions are 250 x 200 x 300 mm, with a weight of 3.2 kg. Power consumption is 0.3 kWh, operating at 220V AC. The body is thermally insulated, ensuring the external surface temperature remains below 45°C. This machine is suitable for semi-automatic production lines or small workshops with a throughput of 100–200 containers per hour.
