Petrol edger
The gasoline grass edger features a four-stroke, single-cylinder engine with 25 to 35 cc displacement. Its power output ranges from 0.7 to 1.2 horsepower at 7,000 to 9,000 RPM. An electronic ignition CDI system and diaphragm carburetor ensure stable operation. The drive shaft is carbon steel with a length of 1.1 to 1.4 meters. The cutting head uses a three or four-blade titanium disc, 20 to 25 cm in diameter. This disc enables precise edging of grass and stems up to 1 cm thick. An adjustable handle with rubber suspension reduces vibration by up to 50%.
The device body is constructed from lightweight magnesium alloy and engineered polymers. This combination maintains a final weight between 4.5 and 6 kg. A polyethylene fuel tank with a 0.5 to 0.8-liter capacity allows for 45 minutes of continuous operation. A replaceable paper air filter and catalyzed muffler reduce emission levels. The protective guard is made from a 2 mm thick fiberglass composite. This guard protects the user from debris thrown by the blade. Operational noise level measured at 10 meters is below 85 dB. This tool is designed for creating clean, precise edges in large landscapes.
