Nail construction machinery
A construction machinery bucket tooth is a durable metal component mounted on the edge of excavator, loader, or grader buckets, designed for digging and breaking soil and rock. Tooth length ranges from 150 to 600 mm, and width from 50 to 150 mm. Made of alloy steel with surface hardness 50–60 HRC, it offers high wear and impact resistance. Attachment to the bucket uses a standard pin and slot system for rapid on-site replacement.
Teeth are heat-treated and coated with anti-rust protection to extend service life in harsh conditions like rocky soil and sand. Tapered or flat tips improve penetration and reduce resistance force. Optimized for heavy excavators and loaders, these parts increase digging efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and extend bucket lifespan. Dimensional standards comply with ISO and DIN.
