Lift Table
A hoist is a mechanical or electric device for lifting people or loads to height. Load capacity typically ranges from 200 to 2000 kilograms, with lifting heights adjustable from 2 to 20 meters. Single-phase or three-phase electric motors of 0.5 to 7.5 kilowatts provide power. The transmission system includes steel gears and high-strength wire rope or steel chain. The platform or cabin is made of durable steel with epoxy anti-corrosion coating for increased safety and longevity.
Structurally, the hoist consists of a motor, gearbox or wire rope mechanism, safety brake, robust metal frame, and digital or mechanical control panel. Lifting speed ranges from 0.1 to 0.5 meters per second. Safety features include load limiter, emergency brake, and top/bottom limit switches. Hoists are suitable for buildings, warehouses, and industrial workshops, with a mechanical safety factor above 1.5 to ensure operator protection.
