hotel porcelain-Table number holder
Hotel porcelain table number holders are manufactured from feldspathic porcelain with water absorption below 0.5 percent and a fully dense microstructure. The firing process is performed at temperatures between 1350 and 1400 degrees Celsius. Final density ranges from 2.3 to 2.5 grams per cubic centimeter. Flexural strength is at least 85 megapascals, and surface hardness is approximately 6 on the Mohs scale. A transparent or matte glaze layer with thickness of 0.2 to 0.4 millimeters is applied. Typical base dimensions are designed within 50 to 120 millimeters in height and 40 to 80 millimeters in diameter or width.
The structure includes a stable base with low center of gravity and a slot or clip to hold the table number card. Wall thickness is generally selected between 4 and 6 millimeters to achieve balanced strength and weight. Thermal shock resistance is evaluated within a temperature differential of 100 to 140 degrees Celsius. The glazed surface exhibits near zero porosity and chemical resistance within a pH range of 2 to 11. Dimensional tolerance for height is usually maintained within ±2 millimeters. Quality control includes stability testing, rim impact evaluation, and glaze uniformity inspection.
