High Pressure Equipments
This compressor is a two-stage, air-cooled reciprocating piston type. It delivers an output working pressure up to 300 bar 4350 psi with a nominal flow of 500 liters per minute. Cylinders and heads are cast from GG-25 alloy iron with hard chrome plating. First-stage piston diameter is 150 mm and second-stage is 80 mm. A 375 kW three-phase electric motor drives it at 1450 RPM. A PLC control system with real-time pressure/temperature sensors monitors operation. This system prevents operational errors with ±0.5 bar accuracy.
The air receiver tank is carbon steel with internal epoxy coating and 1000-liter capacity. This tank undergoes hydrostatic testing at 450 bar. A four-stage moisture separator achieves a dew point of -40°C. Core components like bearings and rings have a 10,000-hour continuous service life. Generated noise level at one meter distance is maximum 75 dB. An anti-vibration chassis with rubber isolators stabilizes the installation. This design minimizes vibration transfer to the environment by at least 70%.
