Gantry Crane
The gantry crane is an industrial lifting system used for transporting heavy loads in warehouses, factories, and production lines. The crane span ranges from 10 to 30 meters, with frame heights between 5 and 15 meters. Load capacity ranges from 1 to 50 tons. The frame is constructed from high-strength alloy steel with precise welding, capable of withstanding tensile, bending, and torsional forces. The surface is epoxy-coated or corrosion-resistant for long-term durability against moisture, wear, and damage.
Structurally, the gantry crane consists of a portal frame, lifting system electric motor or winch, horizontal beam, and wheels running on rails. Frame and beam design ensures uniform force distribution, stability, and smooth load movement. This crane is optimized for heavy industry, production lines, warehousing, and workshops, manufactured according to FEM 1.001 and ISO 4301 standards for long-term safety and durability.
