Galvanized cable trays
Galvanized cable tray is made from low-carbon steel sheet with a thickness of 0.8 to 2.5 mm. It undergoes a hot-dip galvanizing process. The resulting coating weighs a minimum of 600 grams per square meter. Standard tray width varies from 50 to 800 mm. Tray depth is typically designed between 35 and 150 mm. Standard section lengths are 2 or 3 meters with a ±2 mm tolerance. The allowable load capacity ranges from 50 to 200 kg per linear meter. This capacity depends on a single-span or ladder-type configuration.
The cable tray structure is manufactured as solid-bottom or ladder-type ventilated. The ladder-type features cross rungs spaced at 225 mm intervals. All edges are rolled outward using a forming process. This increases structural rigidity. Components are connected using specific clamps and Class 8.8 screws. The galvanized coatings corrosion resistance exceeds 1000 hours in salt spray tests. The modular installation system allows for network expansion. This tray is used for power and control cable management.
