The fruit leather packaging machine is built from AISI 304 stainless steel with acid-resistant coating. Its dimensions are 2200 x 850 x 1900 mm with an operational weight of 550 kg. The system operates at a constant speed of 40 packages per minute with a weighing accuracy of ±0.5 grams. A servo motor with a 17-bit encoder and 0.02 mm repeatability controls the process. It operates on a three-phase 380V, 50Hz power supply with a maximum power draw of 4.5 kW. A ceramic heating element with adjustable temperature from 120 to 180°C and ±2°C tolerance is used for sealing.
A vibrating feeder mechanism with a 30-liter hopper and an output rate of 20 kg per hour is employed. The packaging film roll is metallized polypropylene, 320 mm wide and 35 microns thick. Dual-beam photoelectric sensors with a 1 ms response frequency track product position. A guillotine cutting system with a hardened steel blade 350 mm long is installed. A PTFE-coated stainless steel transfer table prevents product sticking. A temperature and humidity-controlled chamber maintains 40% RH to ensure final seal quality.
