Fix 90 Antenna
The fixed Model 90 antenna is optimized for the UHF 470 to 862 MHz frequency band. Its nominal gain is 8 to 12 dBi with a circular omnidirectional radiation pattern. Standard input impedance is 50 ohms with an N-Female connection port. Voltage Standing Wave Ratio VSWR is guaranteed below 1.5 across the entire operating band. The main structure consists of a fiberglass rod reinforced with a UV-resistant polyurethane coating. Total antenna height is 120 cm with a reflector diameter of 45 cm. Resonant elements are made from 6061 alloy aluminum with an epoxy coating. This antenna can receive DVB-T/T2 digital signals with a minimum signal level of -95 dBm. It withstands wind speeds up to 150 km/h. The operational temperature range is -40 to +85 degrees Celsius.
The antenna structure comprises an 8-element vertical collinear array design. Central feed is accomplished with an integrated 1:1 balun to reduce common-mode noise. A circular aluminum ground plane with a 60 cm diameter focuses the waves. The mounting base is made of 3 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel for strength.
