The Mahab cast iron strainer valve is made of ductile iron GGG40 with internal and external epoxy coating, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and sediment buildup. It is available in nominal diameters from 50 to 600 millimeters, with a working pressure of up to 16 bar. The internal screen is manufactured from stainless steel 304 with perforations ranging from 0.8 to 3 millimeters for efficient solid particle separation. The threaded access cover with EPDM sealing allows easy draining and cleaning. Flanged ends comply with EN 1092-2 standard, and the valve weighs approximately 36 kg at 200 mm size.

The Mahab cast iron strainer valve is suitable for installation in water, wastewater, chemical, and pumping systems. Hydrostatic testing is performed at 24 bar and leakage testing at 17.6 bar. Mahab safety relief valve

The Mahab safety relief valve is designed to protect pressurized systems and is constructed from ductile iron GGG40 with an electrostatic epoxy coating. It is available in nominal diameters from 25 to 300 millimeters and can withstand pressures up to 25 bar. The internal spring is made of stainless alloy steel with a tensile strength above 850 MPa, allowing opening pressure adjustment between 1 and 20 bar. The seat and disc are made of stainless steel 304 with NBR or EPDM sealing to ensure leak-free performance. The flanged design complies with EN 1092-2 standard, and the valve operates at temperatures up to 120°C.

The Mahab safety relief valve operates automatically to release excess pressure and prevent equipment damage. Moving parts are manufactured with ±0.2 mm precision, and performance testing is carried out at 1.5 times the nominal pressure. The valve weighs approximately 28 kg at 100 mm size. The Mahab underground fire hydrant valve is constructed from ductile iron GGG40 with electrostatic epoxy coating, designed for installation in underground water supply networks. It is available in nominal diameters from 80 to 150 millimeters with a working pressure of PN16. The internal wedge is made of bronze or stainless steel AISI 304 with EPDM sealing to ensure zero leakage under high pressure. The operating system features a surface-accessible spindle with a BS 750 fire hydrant interface. The maximum operating temperature is 70°C, and the valve body is fully resistant to impact, corrosion, and wear.

The Mahab underground fire hydrant valve is used to provide rapid water access during emergency and firefighting operations. It is manually operated using a special key or gearbox. Hydrostatic testing is performed at 24 bar, and leakage testing at 17.6 bar. The special cover and protective box design offer easy access and high safety. Construction machinery sunroofs

Construction machinery sunroofs are typically made of tempered glass 8 to 12 millimeters thick, with corrosion-resistant steel or aluminum frames. Standard dimensions range from 500×500 to 1200×1000 millimeters, with wind pressure resistance up to 1200 Pascal and ambient temperature tolerance up to 80°C. The opening and closing system uses a 12 or 24-volt electric motor with worm gear and movement speed of 5 to 10 millimeters per second.
