Date Packaging Machine
The date packaging machine is an industrial system for weighing, filling, and automatically packaging dates and similar products. Typical production capacity ranges from 30 to 150 packs per minute, with adjustable pack weight from 50 to 500 grams. The drive system uses a 1.5 to 4 kilowatt electric motor with inverter control to adjust speed and accuracy. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, providing high resistance to moisture and date syrup. Heat sealing and cutting ensure uniform and durable packages, while the PLC control panel manages weight, speed, and temperature digitally.
Structurally, the machine includes a feeding hopper, weighing conveyor, filling unit, cutting blade, and heat sealing system. Film rolls with widths from 150 to 350 millimeters are supported. Optical sensors control precise package positioning, and the output conveyor with 1 to 2.5 meters length ensures organized product discharge. Power consumption is under 4 kilowatts.
