In the heat treatment process, the internal steel crystals of the G80 chain are homogenized, which have a higher continuity and, as a result, have a higher wear and tensile resistance in lifting loads. Production sizes are produced from G80 steel chains, which are large in size from 6 mm to 24 mm in lifting connections and in the production of chain slings as well as lifting using cranes.
G80 grade chain has a hardness of 350 in the Brinell HB unit and a tensile strength of about 80,000 pounds per inch or 550 MPa.

TYPES OF CHAIN GRADES

G80 grade chain must be produced and manufactured according to DIN 818 standard.
