Cross air
The piston air compressor is a reciprocating compression system that compresses air using a piston in a cylinder. Airflow capacity typically ranges from 100 to 1500 liters per minute, with operating pressure between 6 and 15 bar. Cylinders are made of cast iron or aluminum with a hard, wear-resistant coating. Crankshaft and connecting rods are designed for fatigue and impact load resistance. The electric or gasoline motor has 1.5–7.5 kW power, and oil-lubricated or dry systems extend component life.
The compressor includes an air storage tank, safety valve, pressure gauge, and inlet air filter. Tank capacity ranges from 50 to 500 liters, with precise gauges controlling output pressure. High-pressure hoses and fittings deliver stable airflow to tools. These compressors are suitable for industrial applications, mechanical workshops, painting, and heavy pneumatic tools. Durable design and easy maintenance increase lifespan and reduce operating costs.
