Screw compressor separator filter
The screw compressor separator filter is designed to remove oil, moisture, and suspended particles from compressed air. Particle filtration efficiency reaches 1 micron, with over 99 percent oil separation. Standard operating pressure ranges from 7 to 14 bar, supporting air flow up to 6000 liters per minute. The corrosion-resistant metal body withstands temperatures from -20 to 120 °C, and silicone or polyurethane gaskets ensure precise sealing.
Internally, it features a reinforced steel core with multi-layer filtration and an automatic moisture drainage system. Modular design allows quick filter replacement without fully stopping the compressor. Installation is flange or twist-on type, compatible with most industrial screw compressors. Service life depends on air quality and operating conditions, typically ranging from 4000 to 8000 hours.
