Complete Remote Control System
The complete remote control system for the Schwing concrete pump includes a wireless transmitter and receiver operating at 2.4 GHz. Its operational range reaches up to 200 meters, allowing precise control of pump operation, motor speed, and concrete flow direction. The transmitter features an LED display to indicate signal status, battery level, and operational errors. The receiver operates at 24V DC with a current consumption of 3A, enabling direct connection to the pump control panel, reducing delay and enhancing safety during concrete pouring operations.
The remote control is equipped with dust- and moisture-resistant push buttons and meets IP65 standards for harsh environmental conditions. The transmitter weighs approximately 1.2 kg, with an ergonomic design for comfortable long-term use. The system includes audible and vibration alerts to notify errors or connection loss. Using this remote, operators can safely and accurately control all pump functions from a long distance, improving project efficiency.
