Carton Box Date and Batch Coding Machine
The box coding machine employs a contact printing mechanism with a fast-dry ink system. It prints on cardboard surfaces, corrugated cartons, and polymer packaging at speeds of 60-120 boxes per minute. Printing accuracy features ±0.8 mm positioning with adjustable print head height from 5 to 150 mm. The ink reservoir has a 500 mL capacity with an automated pumping system for optimal consumption. The printing plate is made of photopolymer lasting 500,000 impressions or hardened metal for high-volume runs. The device uses inductive proximity and optical sensors for box detection with a 2 ms response time.
The structure consists of a heavy-duty steel frame with polyester powder coating, measuring 800x600x1200 mm overall. The drive system utilizes a servo motor with inverter drive and a 1000 PPR encoder for precise movement. The control panel features a 7-inch touchscreen for programming dates, serial numbers, and 2D codes. The power supply requires 220V single-phase input with a maximum consumption of 1.5 kW. The printing mechanism is an impression type with adjustable force 20-100 N and contact time 0.1-0.5 seconds. The machine includes an alert system for low ink and mechanical faults, and is manufactured in compliance with CE standards.
