The Yazdi cake packaging machine is constructed from ST37 steel with a blue powder epoxy coating. It measures 3200 x 1000 x 1500 mm and weighs 750 kg. Its production speed is adjustable from 60 to 80 packs per minute for cakes with an 80 mm diameter. It uses metallized OPP/CPP multilayer film with a thickness of 35 microns for packaging. A dual-band thermal sealing system operates at a controlled temperature of 140 to 180°C. Servo motors with 0.05 mm positioning accuracy control the film movement.
A rotary feeding system with 12 pockets is designed for precise cake transfer. An optional nitrogen gas flushing unit increases product shelf life by up to 30%. Photoelectric sensors and digital encoders manage synchronization between sections. The storage hopper has a capacity for 2000 cakes to ensure continuous production. The machine features a central lubrication system and preventive maintenance alerts. Main power consumption is 15 kW, operating at 380V, three-phase, 50 Hz.
