Bread packing machine
The Lavash bread packaging machine is an industrial system for weighing, wrapping, and automatically packaging soft and fresh flatbread. Typical production capacity ranges from 50 to 200 packs per minute, with adjustable package length from 20 to 50 centimeters. The drive system uses a 2 to 4 kilowatt electric motor with inverter control for adjustable speed and accuracy. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, providing high resistance to moisture and food contact. Heat sealing and blade cutting ensure uniform and durable packaging.
Structurally, the machine includes a feeding conveyor, film forming unit, bread filling section, cutting blade, and heat sealing system. Film rolls with widths from 150 to 350 millimeters are supported. Optical sensors control package positioning, and the output conveyor of 1.5 to 3 meters ensures organized product discharge. Modular design allows easy cleaning and maintenance. This machine is suitable for traditional bakeries and industrial Lavash bread packaging lines.
