Automatic chicken drinker
The automatic chick drinker is a standard system for providing fresh and hygienic water to chicks from day one up to three weeks old. Operating pressure ranges from 0.15–0.4 bar, with each nipple delivering 50–100 ml per minute. Standard line lengths are 10–30 meters, with 10–15 cm spacing between nipples for easy chick access. Body and nipples are made of heat-, moisture-, and acid-resistant plastic, allowing fast cleaning and disinfection.
Structurally, the system includes main PVC or polyethylene pipes with 20–25 mm diameter, standard spring-loaded nipples, and multi-layer filters to remove suspended particles. Quick installation with durable clamps and integration with feeding and ventilation lines is possible. Smooth, corner-free design reduces bacterial buildup and water wastage. This drinker ensures uniform chick growth, water conservation, and easy farm management.
