The fully automatic L-sealer machine is constructed from a reinforced steel frame with electrostatic epoxy coating and anodized aluminum components. Package processing dimensions range from 100x50x20 mm to 400x300x150 mm with positioning accuracy of ±1 mm. It features a heat-sealing system with controlled temperature of 50–300°C using 1.5 kW ceramic heating elements. Variable sealing speed of 10–40 packages per minute is achieved via a 400 mm wide polyurethane conveyor belt operating at 2–12 m/min. Power consumption is 4.5 kW with requirements of 6 bar compressed air at 100 liters per minute. An auto-height adjustment system with servo motor and ultrasonic sensor accommodates products of varying heights.

The control system includes an industrial PLC and a 7-inch touchscreen interface programmable with 20 different work cycles. An electro-pneumatic cutting mechanism uses hardened steel blades with a cutting life of 500,000 cycles. An automatic chain and guide lubrication system with adjustable intervals reduces wear. It is compatible with multilayer PP, PE, and OPP films with thicknesses of 20–80 microns. Machine dimensions are 1800x800x1500 mm with an approximate weight of 350 kg.
