This machine is constructed from ST37 steel with a 60-micron epoxy coating for corrosion resistance. Overall dimensions are 2200 x 850 x 1500 mm with an approximate weight of 320 kg. The main servo motor provides 2.2 kW power and adjustable speed control from 0 to 250 seals per minute. The date coding system uses thermal transfer with adjustable temperature from 50 to 200°C and 0.1 mm resolution. It can seal HDPE, LDPE, and PP plastics with thicknesses from 0.02 to 0.2 mm. Sealing pressure is adjustable from 0.3 to 0.8 MPa with ±0.02 MPa accuracy.

The machine features two parallel anodized aluminum rails with a hardness of 60 Rockwell B. Rail length is adjustable from 500 to 1500 mm with a 10 mm movement increment. The sealing head includes an 800-watt ceramic heater with PID control for ±2°C temperature stability. The date coder supports 6 programmable characters for date and time settings up to the year 2050. Power consumption is 3.5 kW per hour with three-phase 380V ±10% input. Sealing positioning accuracy uses a 1000 PPR optical encoder with less than 0.5 mm error.
