The hookah mouthpiece packaging machine is built from ST52 carbon steel with industrial epoxy coating. It measures 1800 x 900 x 1600 mm with a net weight of 420 kg. The system operates at 30 to 50 packs per minute for plastic tubes. A ceramic heating element with 2.2 kW power and controlled temperature of 150-180°C performs sealing. A main axis servo motor with 0.05 mm repeatability precision controls the motion. It operates on 380V three-phase, 50 Hz power with a consumption of 3.5 kW.

The feeding mechanism is a vibratory type with a 304 stainless steel bowl. The sealing system uses metallized polypropylene film with a width of 250 mm. Inductive proximity sensors with 100 Hz frequency track tube position. The heat press pressure is adjustable between 2 to 5 bar for secure packages. The loading hopper has a capacity of 2000 tubes for continuous production.
