A 3.2 kW ceramic heating element performs the sealing process. The sealing temperature is precisely controlled within a range of 120 to 160°C.
The system operates on 6-bar compressed air, consuming 70 liters per minute. A dedicated heat exchanger ensures uniform film temperature before stretching. A central 3 kW vacuum pump creates the appropriate modified atmosphere. Optical sensors with 0.1 mm accuracy detect tray position.
