The cabinet shrink machine is constructed from an epoxy-coated steel frame and 304 stainless steel panels. The internal heat tunnel dimensions are typically 600 x 500 x 400 mm, customizable up to 1500 x 1000 x 800 mm. Ceramic heating elements with 9–36 kW power and adjustable temperature of 50–350°C are utilized. The conveyor system is a Teflon mesh belt with widths of 300–1000 mm and variable speed of 0–15 m/min. It can process 10–30 packages per minute depending on product size and film type. Energy consumption ranges from 15–45 kWh with required air pressure of 6 bar.

A digital PID temperature control system with ±1°C accuracy and a 7-inch touchscreen display is installed. Forced air circulation using 0.5 kW centrifugal fans ensures even heat distribution. Safety features include optical sensors and a self-locking door with automatic heat cut-off. It is compatible with PE, PVC, and POF shrink films with thicknesses of 15–50 microns. External dimensions range from 1200 x 1000 x 1500 mm to 2500 x 2000 x 2200 mm.
