The multi-line pneumatic coder uses 2 to 6 independent air cylinders with 20 to 40 mm bore diameters. Each line independently prints with an impact force of 30 to 300 Newtons at 4 to 8 bar operating pressure. Operational speed reaches up to 180 cycles per minute with line alignment accuracy of ±0.3 mm. It can simultaneously print dates, serial numbers, 2D codes, and logos on flat or convex surfaces. Imprint depth is adjustable from 0.05 to 1.2 mm using hardened steel dies 54-58 HRC. The control system with a PLC and 7-inch touchscreen HMI allows independent programming for each line.

The structure features a monolithic steel frame measuring 1200x600x900 mm with an IP55 protection rating. Each print heads height is individually adjustable via a ball screw with 0.01 mm precision. The air supply system requires a minimum capacity of 300 liters per minute at 7 bar with an integrated air dryer. Inductive sensors with a 15 mm detection range and -10 to 80°C tolerance are installed per line. Power consumption is 220V single-phase at 800W, equipped with an oil filter and moisture separator.
