The cube sugar packaging machine is built from 2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel. Production line dimensions are 2500 x 1200 x 1800 mm with a weight of 700 kg. The machine structure includes a 50 kg capacity storage hopper with a controlled flow vibrator. The weighing system uses precision load cells with 0.05 gram accuracy and 99.8% repeatability. The dual-side heat sealing unit operates at adjustable temperatures of 150 to 230°C. Multilayer packaging film PET/AL/PE with 150-250 mm width and 40-80 micron thickness is supported. The entire system is managed by a PLC controller and a 10-inch touchscreen with Ethernet port.
