The YILMAZ WORM gearbox series EV is an advanced model featuring a hybrid design and high reliability for continuous industrial applications. The gear ratio ranges from 7.5 to 100, achieving mechanical efficiency up to 90 percent. The output shaft is made of hardened alloy steel, ensuring smooth and quiet torque transmission. The YILMAZ EV series gearbox delivers up to 1800 Nm of output torque, supporting input power from 0.18 to 15 kW. The IEC-standard motor flange allows direct coupling with three-phase motors. NBR heat-resistant seals prevent oil leakage under heavy load conditions. Permanent lubrication with ISO VG 320 industrial oil improves efficiency and reduces gear wear.
