The German SEW R Series inline helical gearbox is designed with a three-stage helical configuration and parallel shafts, achieving an efficiency of up to 96 percent. The input power range for this series varies from 0.12 to 160 kilowatts, while the output torque can reach up to 18,000 newton-meters. Gear ratios from 3.21 to 289.74 are available across different models, allowing precise control in high-performance systems. The gearbox housing is made of high-strength gray cast iron EN-GJL-200, offering excellent resistance to vibration and heat. The high precision of the gear machining minimizes noise and increases the operational lifespan of the power transmission system.

The SEW R gearbox features ball and roller bearings built to DIN standards and a permanent lubrication system, ensuring stable operation in temperatures ranging from -25 to +90 degrees Celsius.
