ROSSI E Series helical inline gearbox

The ROSSI E Series helical inline gearbox is a high-efficiency industrial transmission unit designed for continuous-duty power transfer in heavy production lines. Featuring a multi-stage helical configuration, it delivers output torque up to approximately 20,000 Nm. The reduction ratio ranges from 3.5 to 400, achieving overall efficiency above 97 percent. The housing is made of precision-machined G300 ductile cast iron, ensuring optimal strength and vibration damping. The gears are manufactured from nickel-chromium alloy steel, heat-treated and ground for smooth, low-vibration power transmission. Its internal splash lubrication system enables continuous operation under heavy industrial loads.

The ROSSI E Series gearbox incorporates high-capacity roller bearings and heat-resistant seals for extended operational life. It supports horizontal and vertical mounting configurations and is compatible with IEC electric motors up to 160 kW. The operating temperature range is from -25 to +95 degrees Celsius, with nominal noise levels below 70 dB. Depending on the model, the total weight varies between 120 and 850 kilograms. Certified under CE and ISO 9001 standards, the E Series gearbox is ideal for demanding industrial sectors including steel, mining, petrochemical, conveyor, and heavy machinery applications.
