ROSSI M Series worm gearbox

The ROSSI M Series worm gearbox is a robust and compact transmission system designed for medium to heavy-duty industrial applications. This single-stage worm gearbox is engineered for precision and durability, delivering output torque up to approximately 2,500 Nm. The reduction ratio varies from 5 to 100, with operational efficiency between 80 and 90 percent. The main housing is made of G200 grey cast iron with a monoblock design, ensuring high rigidity and vibration absorption. The worm shaft is made of case-hardened alloy steel, and the bronze gear is composed of CuSn12 alloy, minimizing wear, heat, and noise. The internal lubrication system is oil-immersed, requiring minimal maintenance.

The ROSSI M Series gearbox features reinforced bearings and durable NBR seals to ensure stable performance under harsh working conditions. It supports horizontal, vertical, and flange-mounted configurations and is compatible with IEC standard motors up to 22 kW. The operational temperature range is from -25 to +90 degrees Celsius, with a nominal noise level below 72 dB. Depending on size, the unit weight varies from 35 to 180 kilograms. Certified under CE and ISO 9001 standards, the M Series gearbox is ideal for demanding applications such as conveyors, packaging machinery, agricultural equipment, and steel industry drives.
