The ROSSI ES Series helical inline gearbox represents a new generation of modular, high-precision, and high-efficiency industrial transmissions. Featuring a multi-stage helical configuration, it delivers output torque up to approximately 25,000 Nm. The reduction ratio range varies from 3.5 to 500, achieving an overall efficiency above 97 percent. The housing is made of monoblock G300 ductile cast iron, providing excellent fatigue resistance and vibration damping. The gears are made of nickel-chromium alloy steel, heat-treated and ground to ensure quiet, smooth torque transmission. Its lubrication system can be splash or forced circulation, ensuring consistent performance under high thermal loads.
The ROSSI ES Series gearbox integrates high-load roller bearings and heat- and contamination-resistant seals for enhanced durability. It supports horizontal, vertical, and flange-mounted configurations and is compatible with IEC electric motors up to 200 kW. The operational temperature range extends from -25 to +100 degrees Celsius, with nominal noise levels below 70 dB. Depending on model size, the unit weight ranges from 150 to 950 kilograms. Certified under CE and ISO 9001 standards, the ES Series gearbox is ideal for steel, petrochemical, mining, conveyor, and heavy machinery applications, ensuring maximum reliability and long service life in demanding environments.
